Our wonderful Head Chef, Anthony, has prepared a menu to delight the senses. Each course is paired with a matching craft beer, and has been lovingly prepared in our house smoker. The menu for the night is sure to impress even the most seasoned smoked meat chef and craft beer nerd alike.
Plus, you can enjoy the Honky-tonk, Western Swing and Rocakbilly sound of The Cruisin’ Deuces, hailing from Sydney’s inner-west. They will be playing live from 6:30pm. The night will also include Give Aways, laughs and banter, and the opportunity to meet both the Brewer and the Chef.
